1. Service Agreement

By engaging Pinnacle Pixels Pro for design services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include but are not limited to brand identity design, web design, digital marketing assets, and design consultation.

2. Project Scope and Deliverables

All projects begin with a detailed scope definition. Deliverables, timelines, and specifications will be clearly outlined in your project agreement. Changes to scope may result in additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary by project size. Typically, 50% is due upfront with the remainder due upon completion. All payments must be received before final files are released.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to approved final designs. Pinnacle Pixels Pro retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions and Approval

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our designs.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Completed work will be billed at our standard rates, and any advance payments for incomplete work will be refunded.

Data Collection and Use

We collect personal information including names, email addresses, and phone numbers solely for business communication purposes. This information is used to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and deliver our design services.
